1. How long do the heated insoles stay warm on a single charge?
Our insoles provide up to 8+ hours of continuous heat on the low setting, 5–6 hours on medium, and around 3–4 hours on high. The exact runtime depends on your selected heat level and outdoor conditions.
2. Are the batteries removable or built into the insoles?
The rechargeable batteries are integrated directly inside the insoles for a slim, comfortable fit. Simply plug them into the included dual charging cable — no need to remove anything.
3. Can they be trimmed to fit different shoe sizes?
Our insoles come in two universal sizes (S/M and L/XL) to fit most footwear styles. They are designed to be worn as-is and do not require trimming. Just slide them into your boots, sneakers, or ski gear.
4. Are they safe to use in snow, rain, or while skiing?
Yes! The insoles are built with durable, water-resistant materials that make them safe for outdoor winter use, including hiking, skiing, snowboarding, and everyday wear in wet or snowy conditions.
5. How hot do they get and is the heat adjustable?
The heating system warms your toes up to 140°F (60°C) on the highest setting. You can easily adjust the heat between three temperature levels using the included wireless remote or the built-in button on the insole.
